In order to thoroughly implement the company's international development strategy and actively expand the European high-end market, from October 13th to 25th, Jianghuai Heavy Industries Import and Export Company organized a special working team to go to France, Portugal and Spain to conduct a thirteen-day market survey and in-depth exchanges with partners to further consolidate and enhance the brand's localized operation foundation in the European market.

This visit focused on core contents such as channel expansion, service system optimization and strategic cooperation upgrade. The delegation visited a number of key dealers and potential partners in the three countries, and conducted in-depth communications around the current European market development trends, product demand structure, and future business planning. They also reached a number of important consensuses on the direction of cooperation in the fourth quarter of 2025 and 2026, the introduction of new products, and the construction of after-sales service systems.
During the visit to three European countries, the team implemented precise docking based on the market characteristics of different regions. In France, focusing on the competitive landscape of the high-end market and the transformation trend of the leasing business, we have carried out special docking with a number of powerful partners on the main sales models that comply with the latest European emission standards and lithium battery trends. Some customers have made clear plans for trial orders and follow-up visits, laying a solid foundation for the large-scale development of JAC forklifts in the French market. In Portugal, the expansion strategy of "promoting leasing through sales and promoting online and offline collaboration" has been jointly established with dealers. The dealer plans to set up an additional agency in Porto to jointly explore new models in surrounding markets such as Portugal and Cape Verde. In Spain, while consolidating existing channels, the team focused on carrying out end-user scenario research and product training to guide customers to transition to new energy products. Through on-site visits to typical users in warehousing, logistics, wholesale and other industries, the team gained an in-depth understanding of local needs and provided basis for product improvement and strategy optimization.
This trip to three European countries further deepened the company's understanding of the European regional market competition situation and customer demand characteristics. Faced with the differentiated characteristics of the markets in various countries, the team has made it clear that the next step will focus on improving customer service experience, enhancing technical support and after-sales response capabilities, and taking multiple measures such as agency model optimization, rapid model introduction, and localized operation support to comprehensively enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the JAC brand in the European market.
As an important practice in actively responding to the "Anhui Enterprises Going Global" action plan and deeply integrating into the global industrial chain, JAC Heavy Industries not only enhanced mutual trust and win-win results with its European partners through this face-to-face communication and in-depth field research, but also explored an effective path for the continued expansion of Chinese forklift brands in the high-end market. Looking into the future, JAC Heavy Industries will continue to adhere to technological innovation as the driving force and strategic cooperation as the link, continuously enhance the international influence of the brand, and provide higher quality products and system solutions to global customers.
